Standard Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours
Weekend & Holiday Orders
Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed on the next business day
Processing time begins from the date your order is confirmed and payment is received. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible during this period.

Next Steps: After failed attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse.
If we cannot deliver your package after 3 attempts, the following may apply:
• Reshipping Charges: A reshipping fee may be charged to redeliver the package
• Package Return: The package may be returned to our warehouse after 5-7 business days
• Refund Processing: Once the package is returned and verified, refund processing will begin
If you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
