Introduction

With the aim of providing the best products, our team has put in a lot of effort to formulate our products. In case you wish to return your orders, please be aware of our return policy outlined below.

Returns

All our shipments are inspected carefully before dispatch. If you receive a product that requires return, kindly notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

RETURN POLICY: ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURNS

You can return your product within 7 days of delivery if:

Wrong product delivered
Product is damaged, leaking, tampered, or broken
Product is past its expiration date
Incomplete order/missing products

UNACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURN

Opened/used/altered products (unless defective)
Original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.) missing
The return/replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery
The damaged/missing product is reported after 7 days from the date of delivery
The product being returned for any reason apart from manufacturing defect
Issues such as flavor preference, taste difference from one brand to another, etc. would not be applicable for return

RETURN PROCESS

You will need to notify us within 7 days of receiving your product by contacting us at info@drrahulindiherbs.com
Please include images as proof of damage or incorrect product
We will investigate and review your return request promptly
If approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup from your doorstep
Your returned order will be re-examined
If found appropriate, your refund will be initiated within 48 hours

Please note: The order will not be accepted for return if the product gets damaged from your side because of mishandling (stains on the package, damaged labels, broken caps or seals, etc.).

Refunds

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF:

The product returned by you is noticeably damaged and/or tampered with by you
The shipping address you entered while placing an order is incorrect
You have consumed part of the product and then decided to return it
If you do not comply with the returns policy stated above
Return claims are made after the expiration of 7 days from the time of delivery of the product

REFUNDS MAY BE ISSUED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

The product ordered by you is not in stock with us
The shipping address is not serviceable by us
If you comply with the returns policy stated above
The product returned by you is found to be in good condition and is not tampered with
You have paid twice for a single order from the same email address

Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your order anytime by sending us an email at info@drrahulindiherbs.com before the order is dispatched. Orders once dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.

An order cancelled will take 5 to 7 days for the amount to reflect in the original mode of payment.

Additional Information

Are there any processing fees for returns and replacements?

There is no processing fee for returns or replacements. However, in case you request a replacement of your product with a higher-priced product, you will have to pay the difference amount accordingly.

What are the modes of refund available?

For Prepaid Orders:

In the case of a prepaid order, the amount will be refunded to the same account from which the order has been placed. Once we receive the product and complete the verification process, the amount will be processed within 48 hours.

For Cash On Delivery:

In the case of Cash On Delivery, the amount will be transferred to the Bank Account mentioned while placing the return request. Once we receive the product and complete the verification process, the amount will be processed within 48 hours.
